Introduction: This website is an online product-selling e-commerce store, (from now on called e-shop) which is run by the “I-DEAL A.E.” (from now on called “the company”), which is located in Metamorfosi, Attica, G.Papandreou 141 and is legally represented with VAT number: 997952894 and Tax Office: Athens Commercial Companies.

Order: All on-line orders are checked daily Monday - Friday. As soon as an on-line order is registered in our on-line store, there is an immediate notification via e-mail about its progress. In case of incorrect delivery details, the customer must inform us of their correction before shipment. Orders with incorrect data that are result of scam will be ignored. For even more direct service. please send the deposit copy by e-mail to store@aekbc.gr.

Payment Methods
: Online Payment: You will be redirected to the VivaWallet payment gateway where you can enter your card details with maximun security.; Cash on Delivery: Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel and only in cash. All laws regarding the maximum amount of cash payments apply. There is an extra charge of 4€ within Greece and Cyprus.

Changes & Returns: All returns and changes are accepted only after contacting our customer service at store@aekbc.gr.; All items can be changed or returned as long as the product and packaging are in excellent condition.; The consumer has the right to return the product 1 month from the date of delivery.; The duration of the changes is 1 month from the date of delivery.; For the first replacement or return of an order, there is no cost. This applies to orders only within Greece. For orders placed from outside of Greece, there is a charge depending on the country where the order was placed. Please contact customer service.; For more than one change, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipping Methods: All shipments to Greece have a 5€ charge.; For shipments outside of Greece, depending on the quantity and the distance, there is an additional charge that is calculated during the ordering process.

Newsletter Subscription: The newsletter is sent to all members who subscribe to it by writing their e-mail.

Customer's Details Update: If you are registered customer you can update your details on your account page after you sign in. Each user is responsible for keeping the password for his account. In case of password loss he can choose to automatically receive a new password in the e-mail that he stated during his registration.
